『a National Service of Thanksgiving』

＠ St Paul's Cathedral

which included a sermon by the Archbishop of Canterbury, prayers led by six people, five of whom represented aspects of Her Majesty's life and role, hymns and musical performances and a special reading by Sir David Attenborough on the passing of the years, written by 90 year old Michael Bond about the trials and tribulations of life.

Afterwards

The Queen, with The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall,

『hosted a lunch』

for the Governors-General - her representatives in Commonwealth Realms

いよいよ始まりました☆

90才BD祝賀Weekend！！！

スタート初日は

サンクスギビングのサービス

毎年出席されていますが、

今年は90才のお誕生日を宿すとともに

なんと、

この日は

エディンバラ公のお誕生日でも！！！

95才ですよ！！！

女王90才と旦那様95才の２ショット！！！

感慨ひとしお・・・・

ということで、

もちろん

お目にかかりに行ってまいりました（笑）

生クイーン、キャサリン妃、、、、

さて会えたでしょうか？！

なんと、この日
総勢53名もの王族の方々が出席されたのだそう。
女王の90才を皆祝福ですねえ〜。

それにしても、
呑気に行ったら凄まじい人人人・・・・
ただでさえ規制入ってるのに、
可能な周りの狭い道幅一杯に人が溢れ
歩けない、
もちろん見えない。
が、到着後
サービス中も動かずにいたら
一番前まで出世（笑）
で、終了後撮れた、見れた。

しかし、
クイーンが到着されたら、
外でも
一斉に沿道から
ハッピーバースデー♪
＆
Hip Hip Hurray
などがどこからともなく始まり、、、
感動したな〜。

この後死亡しましたが。
何せ人混み大嫌い・・・なんですワタシ。

そしてクイーン！！！！
これは感動

そして終了後はもちっと近く
ちゃんと見れた！！

William, Kate and Harry joined guests
＠ the Guildhall for lunch

Mrs Double said afterwards: “The Duchess was saying how happy she was to be here and how lovely the service was.

As a mum myself I asked her about her children and said what a pretty little thing we all thought Princess Charlotte was. She said: 'Oh she is very cute but she has got quite a feisty side. I then asked her about George and she said he was a really lovely little boy. She said she hopes that George will keep Charlotte in order.

Mrs Double said she had no idea the Duchess and other royals would be mingling with guests and it had been a real honour to speak to her. She said: ”It was such a surprise to be introduced to her and she was just lovely - and very, very beautiful. She kept on asking if we had enough to eat - and I told her we hadn't stopped since we arrived! As my husband has been involved in organising the event I really couldn't be prouder. What a fabulous day.”

Harry told guests the Queen "should really be putting her feet up" but wanted to be there for the people. He added the best birthday present she could get would be "a day off so she could lie about and do nothing".
